- BC Talk
CHF BC speaks up for co-ops. Past successes include finding a solution to the leaky co-op crisis and fighting punitive mortgage prepayment penalties.
Ongoing projects include:
- Ongoing lease negotiations for member housing co-ops.
- Our You Hold the Key campaign
Check out more information on our campaign to find a provincial solution to disappearing rent supplements with the end of federal co-op operating agreements.
- Together with our Land Trusts we are also working to develop more housing co-ops and non-profit rental housing.
