Grant Haddock was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1992. His core areas of practice are co-operative housing law, strata property law, residential and commercial tenancy, human rights, privacy and construction law. Grant has acted for numerous housing providers and construction companies, appearing for them at all levels of court and at various tribunals. Grant has been a course leader and frequent speaker at educational conferences sponsored by industry leaders.
Michelle Cooper-Iversen is the Chief Operating Officer of the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC (CHF BC’s) Group of Social Purpose Entities.
She oversees the day-to-day operations of the team with a focus on fostering a corporate culture that promotes accountability to the international cooperative principles, keeping ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others front and center in the group’s business operations and relationship with staff and community partners.
Garfield Hunter is an urban planner with over 9 years of diverse knowledge and leadership experience in urban redevelopment planning, climate change, housing, social equity, and sustainability education. Garfield has led the development and implementation of strategic research, policy, programs, and projects geared towards improving the lives of marginalized and equity-seeking communities.
Robert (Bob) Milne has been practicing law in Victoria as a general solicitor since 1975. He advises and represents businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in areas of corporate (including society and co-operative), commercial, real estate development, conveyancing, wills, trusts and estate law.
