CHF BC has created its own Aging in Place Committee to provide a focus for the Federation’s work in this area. The committee will identify ways the Federation can help co-ops adapt to the changing needs of their members as they age.
The AIP Committee explores topics such as ageism, the duty of care and fighting isolation. The Committee also celebrates long-time co-op members through the annual Century of Cooperation Awards.
