Hoy Creek Housing Co-operative in Coquitlam is undergoing a multi-phased redevelopment. Phase 1 was complete by summer 2024, replacing the older co-op apartment building and adding 35 new homes, for a total of 132. The homes are designed to universal design standards with an additional 5% fully accessible homes to ensure co-op members are able to remain in their community comfortably as they age. Work on Phase 2 and Phase 3 will see even more homes available to the community.

Future phases will see almost 270 additional homes on the site.
