Kendall works with the Community Land Trust’s partners to develop and re-develop housing co-ops and non-profit housing. With experience across the development lifecycle, she approaches project management with empathy and care.

Kendall will be one of the Workshop Leaders for Co-op Redevelopment at the 2022 Fall Education Conference.
