Railyard is located in the heart of Vancouver’s thriving Olympic Village, and shares its building with Aaron Webster Co-operative, who have been relocated during the redevelopment of their original site. The site was developed by Concert Properties as part of the Vancouver’s Community Amenity Contribution Program, and transferred to Community Land Trust in 2018 as a long term lease.
