Exclusive savings for member co-ops and resident members

We have partnered with and vetted numerous service providers that offer exclusive savings to CHF BC members on everything from appliances and construction projects to every day maintenance supplies and internet services.

Member co-ops also get discounted rates on all of our services including Education, Co-op Services, and Planning and Renewal.

Members can get support and answers to questions about co-op governance, management and community living.

We also advocate for member co-ops facing challenges like lease renewals and government funding program extensions.

Ninety-six percent of non-profit housing co-ops in BC belong to CHF BC, as do some equity housing co-ops, co-op management companies, and organizations.

They all support our mission to unite, represent and serve our members in a thriving co-operative housing movement.
