The Big City Mayors’ Caucus of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) welcomed the Charter for Rental Housing developed and recently signed by the Rental Housing Coalition.  CHF BC is a core member of the Rental Housing Coalition and one of the groups that signed the Charter.The Charter calls on all levels of government to find ways to encourage investment in new rental construction, including more co-operative housing.
