The Housing Assessment Resource Tools (HART) is a project based at the University of British Columbia, with the aim of providing evidence-based assessment tools and strategies to improve housing outcomes in Canada.

2021 Property Assessments Appeal Deadline is February 1st

If you want to preserve your right to appeal your property assessment, the deadline is February 1. If you plan to dispute your assessment, you should contact BC Assessment before the end of the month. COVID drives more of the process online.
