Hoy Creek Housing Co-operative is making great strides. Phase 1 of its redevelopment is complete, existing members have moved into the new building, and there’s room for more!

The co-op is looking for new members to fill its remaining two-bedroom homes, which are located just north of Coquitlam Centre and within easy access of shopping, services and public transportation.

• the remaining regular two-bedroom units have housing charges in the range of $1,800 to $2,500/month
• there is also a daycare two-bedroom unit for someone able to operate a home day care (housing charges at $2,500/month)
