We are a family-oriented housing co-op with over 200 mixed-income members located in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
Our co-op has been operating since 1987 and consists of three buildings with 153 units joined by a gated courtyard. Two of the three buildings are wheelchair accessible. There is a safe and secure children's playground in the courtyard and several outdoor community spaces for members to enjoy.
Participation is required ais s we are non-profit and self-governed.
One indoor cat allowed. No dogs.
