Situated on a hillside overlooking the Fraser River in New Westminster, British Columbia, Queen's Avenue Housing Co-op is a thirty-one unit housing co-op. The co-op was established in 1986. At present, there are between 80 - 90 people living at the co-op, ranging in age from babies to seniors. Children, teenagers and young adults are valued members of our co-op community. Close to shopping, SkyTrain, schools. Heat and hot water from central boilers (cost included). Active participation is required.
