Connaught Housing Co-op is a four-storey, 79 unit building which is surrounded by well-maintained green spaces in the historic False Creek South neighbourhood. Connaught is a welcoming and supportive community and active participation in the co-op community is required. The first floor units all feature patios, while second, third and fourth floor units offer large balconies. Two communal laundry rooms provide coin laundry machines. The building also has secure underground parking, as well as a secure bike storage area. The building has one elevator and pets are allowed (with some restrictions).
