If you are interested in joining us, your family must have at least one dependent. Applicants must have a minimum income of $45,000 and there are no subsidized units available. We are seeking people who are willing to share their time and be highly involved in our small co-op. Due to high volume of requests, only those applicants that appear to meet our requirements will be sent applications once a unit is coming available.
