Located in southwest False Creek, Alder Bay's 95 households find it is a wonderful place to live. For this reason they very rarely have vacancies. As such, they are not accepting applications at this time.
The waitlist is currently closed. When it has more room, you will be able to fill out an expression of interest on the co-op website.
Please note that the co-op does not accept applications for one-bedroom units (single person) as the handful they have are in high demand by existing members.
