Andras Place is a housing community located in Burnaby (within walking distance of Metrotown and Central Park). The co-op has recently completed their building envelope with double-pane windows. This is a proudly accessible community consisting of 94 units (14 wheelchair accessible) that offers its members independent living options and various amenities and services.

Plentiful common ground areas, which include a large community garden & 4 fruit-bearing trees. Possibly largest for a co-op in the province. 22 plots built over 3 phases, and we're looking at further expansions.

Newly improved city park, nestled between both buildings. Kinee park, including new playgrounds, sandbox, zipline, lounge chairs.

The community allows pets.

The co-op is charging a $35 application fee.
