Railyard became BC's newest non-profit housing co-operative when it opened to new members in February 2018. Railyard is located at the corner of Quebec and 1st Avenue in southeast False Creek, close to the seawall, Science World, public transportation and a range of restaurants, shops, cafes and amenities.
The co-op is pet friendly and wheelchair accessible.
The co-op is not under BC Housing's portfolio, so members cannot receive subsidy from BC Housing. There are a number of suites available at below market rates and housing charges are assessed annually relative to household income.
