The board of directors is elected to act in the best interest of the housing co-op. In order to carry out the business of the co-op, the board holds meetings where they make decisions.

This workshop is designed to help your board hold well-run and productive board meetings. You will learn how to establish teamwork, a board culture, and operating principles. Through learning about the key components of a board meeting, how to ensure they are properly recorded and well-chaired, and gaining best practice in effective meetings, you will find valuable insights and tools to apply to your co-op’s next board meeting.
