More About this Equity and Inclusion in co-ops Community of Practice
This Community of Practice (CoP) meets every two months to share peer-to-peer learning, what’s working well, barriers and challenges to implementing practices that advance our work. Most importantly, this community of practice will create a regular space to engage in collective support and learning to maintain the stamina needed for this work.
This is one of ACCA and BCCA’s offerings for the 50-30 Challenge, where organizations are working towards reaching 50% gender parity for women and gender diverse people and increasing meaningful representation of equity-deserving groups including Indigenous women; Black women and women of colour; women with visible/invisible disabilities; and LGBTQ2S+ women.
