What do co-operative governance practices look like? Featuring Marc-André Pigeon and Stan Yu.

Theory predicts they should be different from investor-owned firms but are they?

Using data gathered from the second (2022) wave of the Canadian Co-operative Governance Survey, Marc-André Pigeon, Director and Strategic Research Fellow at the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives (CCSC), and Stan Yu, CCSC Research and Communications Coordinator, will share some comparative results from their 2023 study, Report from the Boardroom (to be released September 27, 2023). They will provide a snapshot on key co-operative governance topics such as board diversity, succession planning, and democratic decision-making.

This event is being hosted through Zoom. A confirmation email, including the Zoom connection details, will be sent to the email address provided once you register online.
