We are a 23-unit co-op built under the Homes BC program and partly funded by the provincial government. Anita Lewis Housing Co-operative was completed in November 1995. The share purchase is $10 for associate members. Housing charges include hot water and heating, storage space and secured underground parking.


We are close to schools, parks and public transportation. Members are required to be active with the running of the co-op, whether it be serving on the board of directors or volunteering on a committee. You would also be required to attend general and committee meetings. If you are the kind of family that likes to be involved in your community, you may be just who we are looking for.
