We are a 20-unit housing co-operative in southwest Vancouver located on West 71st between Granville and Southwest Marine Drive. We offer lower cost housing, controlled by members and have a strong neighbourhood where all members work together. Marpole is a great community. We are a 10-min drive to Vancouver International Airport, a 30-min drive to downtown Vancouver and a 10-min drive to the nearest skytrain station. Bus stops are located right across the street.
Non-smoking building. 1-2 neutered/spayed cats allowed per unit. No dogs are allowed - except assistance dogs. Participation is required. Housing charges shown below effective immediately. No Subsidies Available.
