The co-op opened in 2002. There are 106 apartments at 65 West Cordova (bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom). There are 97 apartments at 230 East Georgia (from bachelor to five-bedroom). There are a small number of universally accessible units in the Georgia building.
The co-op is right in Gastown and Chinatown, with many food and shopping options close by.
The nearest elementary school is Lord Strathcona, about 0.5 km from Lore Krill Georgia. The nearest high school is Britannia Secondary which is about 2 km away. There are campuses for the Vancouver Film School, BCIT, SFU and UBC - all within walking distance.
