This year at the Island Education Day on Saturday November 9 there were 27 eager members participating in one or both of the offered workshops. The day started out with a morning workshop by David Spackman from CHF Canada – What you need to know about asset management planning and finished with an afternoon workshop by Doreen Aquino – Welcoming new members.Both workshops were well received and everyone present gained valuable information to take back to their co-ops. And, as with all Island events, there were plenty of lively discussions, interesting interactions and warm Island camaraderie.Workshop materials are available online now for Island Education Day participants.
