CHF BC’s group buying team has received the following message from Waste Connections, a group buying partner in response to delayed and missed pick-ups from several of our member co-ops.

We just started our re-route of integrating all Waste Connections routes as well as the former Revolution routes that we acquired, so service is a little bumpy right now.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate through the first couple weeks of our re-route while your newly posted drivers become familiar with their routes, as well as keys and fobs associated with each site. Not only will the re-route make all your services more efficient, you, will have a regular posted driver as well as spare assigned to your location to ensure consistent collection moving forward.  We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to provide you with an excellent customer service experience that we at Waste Connections are known for.
