CHF BC, Vancity and Terra Housing Consultants have taken the next step in their efforts to help co-ops get access to the financing they will need to invest in their aging buildings.Social Purpose Development Partners Inc. was incorporated on November 25, 2011, the day before our last annual general meeting.  CHF BC is the majority shareholder in the new company, which will help co-ops take stock of their buildings, make a plan for the future, and find the money to turn that plan into reality.For more information on this new service for CHF BC members, contact Darren Kitchen at dkitchen@chf.bc.ca.
