The YES Camp is looking for camp staff this summer!

The YES offers leadership and team building summer camp programs for 14-18 year olds at Cowichan Lake on Vancouver Island. Their staff team is made up of a group of change-making volunteers. It is incredibly important to continue to build their teams, and they are now accepting volunteer applications for our 2023 Summer. The application process is highly competitive and all applicants are encouraged to provide thoughtful and thorough answers to all questions.

This application is for individuals who:

  • have attended The YES camp as a participant but not as a staff,
  • have no previous experience at the The YES, but have experience/passion working with youth or am looking to strengthen that, or,
  • have no previous experience at the The YES, but have been referred by a current staff member.

Lifeguard with The YES

​If you are interested in lifeguarding at The YES Camp this summer, contact the YES as soon as possible. They offer competitive wages and flexible positions on 1-7 week contracts. If you are considering becoming a lifeguard, they also offer grants and reimbursement for training and would love to support your growth as you support our program.
