First Avenue Athletes Village Housing Co-operative has an available accessible one-bedroom unit and a two-bedroom unit which is expected to be free in October.

The co-op is looking to welcome new members who are excited to be part of a co-op and who are available to move in October.

Candidates must submit their completed application until Sunday, August 25, 2024. Applicants may be contacted for an interview with the co-op’s management company and representative from the co-op’s board of directors. Only those selected will receive a response. This is a targeted selection: applications are only for the current and anticipated vacancy.
