For the past twelve years CHF BC and its related companies made their home at 5550 Fraser Street in Vancouver. We have enjoyed great success over the years, due in no small part to our members’ loyal support. As a result, it has been clear for some time that our staffing needs and scope of operations had outgrown our old office space.On January 15, 2013, we moved to larger and more efficient premises. Our new home is at: #220-1651 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3Y3 You may know this as the Il Mercato building on the corner of Commercial Drive at 1st Avenue, a location with excellent transit services and close to many East Vancouver housing co-ops. Our new offices will allow us to deliver a full complement of programs and services to you much more efficiently, and to expand the scope of those services in the coming years. They will also house all of our related companies, including COHO Management Services, COHO Repair Services, the Community Housing Land Trust Foundation, Social Purpose Developments and our colleagues in CHF Canada’s Vancouver operations. Please see our contact page for more detailed directions to our new offices.
