In addition to meeting basic criteria like financial stability and reference checks, you need to interview applicants. This practical workshop will introduce you to "behavioural-based interviewing" for housing co-ops.

Using the logic that how someone behaved in the past predicts how they behave in the future as a member of your co-op, behavioural interviewing is a new way to help screen applicants.  It will challenge your thinking about interviewing.

You will create a set of behavioural-based interviewing questions and have fun preparing for interviews.
