10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Gain in-depth approaches and tools for minute taking, records and filing, and avoiding challenges down the road.
Housing co-ops are required to maintain accurate records to meet their legal obligations and ensure that members have shared information about the policies and decisions they have made and the results that are being achieved. The records should also be filed in a way that is organized and accessible to all housing co-op members. However, this can be an overwhelming task for many co-ops. In this practical workshop, participants will explore in-depth approaches and tools to minute taking, records and filing, and how to avoid challenges down the road.
