The feeling of loss can be a part of death, unemployment, illness, and divorce. This workshop invites participants to learn more about grief as a human process. Jessica will offer a change of narrative over the grieving journey while accounting for cultural differences on how grief is approached. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn tools to cope with their own grieving processes.
